Fall Spiritual Retreat w/ Breathwork

AN  EXPERIENTIAL  BREATHWORK  RETREAT

The Center's Fall Spiritual Retreat invites you to a day of exploration, discovery, and direct experience through one of humanity's oldest mystical practices—the conscious use of the breath, led by Dr. KD Meyers. This retreat will focus on safe and sustainable practices that support meditation, inner peace, expanded awareness, and an ongoing exploration of the mystical dimension of everyday life.

Who Is This Retreat For?

This retreat is for anyone interested in learning more about and gaining experience in meditation, contemplative practice, spirituality, and the transformative potential of conscious breathing. NO previous experience with breathwork or meditation is necessary.

What Will Participants Experience?

Throughout the day participants will:

  • Experience simple breathing practices that calm and regulate the nervous system

  • Discover how conscious breathing opens the doorway to meditation and stillness

  • Participate in meaningful dialogue and reflection with a supportive community

  • Learn practical breathing practices that can be integrated into everyday life

What Will Participants Take Home?

Participants will leave with:

  • A simple daily breath and meditation practice

  • Practical tools for cultivating calm, resilience, focus, and presence

  • An introductory knowledge of contemplative practices that have supported seekers across cultures for centuries

  • A take-home guide to encourage continued exploration

As a board-certified integrative medicine physician AND longtime practitioner of meditation, yoga and breathwork, with over 30 years experience, Dr. Meyers is the perfect teacher to lead us in an exploration of the relationship between the body, breath, consciousness and wholeness. He creates warm, experiential spaces where participants can reconnect with their body’s wisdom, deepen their inner awareness, and experience the breath as a doorway to vitality, emotional freedom, stillness, and the sacred self. Don’t miss this wonderful opportunity!
