Journeying with the Mystics (online)
NEW COURSE BEGINS OCTOBER 14
An Exploration of Mysticism & Mystics
Course meets every other Tuesday for six sessions with a Christmas break between December 9 and 30. Each session begins at 7 p.m. Eastern time and concludes by 8:15 p.m.
Every Tuesday includes 7-minute presentations of 2 mystics each followed by discussion. The course’s purpose is not to make you an expert on the mystics presented, but to utilize these mystics to enhance each participant’s capacity for their own mysticism, to awaken wonder and enchantment in daily life.
An Exploration of Mysticism by Way of the Mystics!
Mystics to be presented will include among others: John of Dalyatha (called John the Sheikh by Arab Christians), Cynthia Bourgeault, Catherine of Siena, and John O’Donohue. The Christmas nativity will be embraced by the holy mothering of St. Non of Wales, and the spiritual motherhood of Catherine de Hueck Doherty. Participants can suggest mystics and even, if desired, offer a presentation.
What participants have said:
“I appreciated the thought-provoking presentations and lively discussions!”
“I couldn’t help but think that Hildegard’s visions were reminiscent of many of my own.”
“Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed joining you and Mystics this week… and am looking forward to more!”
Registration
Course leadership is shared by Cliff Cutler, Episcopal priest, and Sherri Retif, spiritual director. PLEASE NOTE: While there are no fees, registration is required.

Listening Circle (occasional)
OCCASIONAL MEETINGS FOR MEMBERS
We at the Center want to offer programming to meet your spiritual needs. To that end, we occasionally invite members to participate in an online “listening circle” to let us know how we can best serve you, with questions such as... (1)What is a growing edge in your spiritual life? or (2) What do you most need in order to discover and express the fullness of your spiritual potential? or (3) What do you feel Spirit / your Divine Self is calling you to in these difficult times?
Listening circles are planned occasionally. There is no cost to participate, but slots are limited. If you would like more information or to participate, please contact the CCM Program Committee Chair, Patricia Pearce at ppearce@patriciapearce.com.
