Ancient Myths and Wisdom for Modern Spiritual Sojourners

An ONLINE conversation with Gordon Creamer

Join theologian and student of mysticism, Gordon Creamer, in a fascinating exploration of the role of “myth” in our lives today. “Myth is more individual and expresses life more precisely than does science,” states world-famous Swiss psychologist, Carl Jung. But there are myths (profound truths) and then there are myths (untruths). We must learn to discern the differences between the profound truths of ancient myths and the falsehoods fabricated to appear as "truths" in today's toxic political climate.

Gordon currently serves as Program Director at Well for the Journey, a spiritual wellness center in Lutherville, Maryland. He is also a mystic, a spiritual director and creator of The Mission Bridge, providing spiritual companioning, retreats, and programs for adults, seniors and the LGBTQ community. Don't miss an opportunity to dialogue on the true power of “myth” in our lives and culture today.
